Welcome to Black Mountain United Church of Christ

Black Mountain United Church of Christ welcomes all in Christian fellowship and love. Our church began in1980 as a community church of believers gathered together by a common affirmation of the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and a deep desire to serve him for the greater good of our community and our world.

On December 5, 2004 we dedicated this beautiful church, a gift from God, and a symbol of the vision of answered prayers of those who founded this congregation.

On January 24, 2010 the congregation voted to affiliate with the United Church of Christ. This became official on April 24, 2010 in Sedona at our Annual Meeting. We are looking forward to living in covenant with our sister churches in the Southwest Conference.

We are excited about what God is doing in our midst. We pray for the continued guidance and inspiration of the Holy Spirit as we move ahead seeking God's plan for us. You and your family are important to us and we welcome you this Lord's Day! God's blessings to you. Come and join us again.
